Know Before You Go

For safety reasons, customers with the following health conditions are not allowed to participate in the activities Pregnancy, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Heart, Lung, Kidney, or Liver Conditions (Including those currently receiving medical treatment for these conditions) High Blood Pressure, Asthma or Congenital Diseases



Participants must be 4 years old or above



The maximum weight for zip line program participants is 120 kg



The minimum weight for zip line program participants is 20 kg



If you book without transfer can go anytime, Camp open 08.30-16.30 PM



Program ZD – 10 Platforms – Duration time approximately 20-30 mins. 

Program ZC – 18 Platforms – Duration time approximately 30-45 mins. 

Program ZB – 32 Platforms – Duration time approximately 45-60 mins. 


Cancellation Policy


  • Changing Play Date/Time: If you need to change the play date or time on the activity date, an additional transportation fee will apply, depending on the new location within Phuket.

  • Cancellations that be made 48 hours before departure will be charge 25% of your total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will be charge 50% of total amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or NO SHOW will be charged the full amount.

  • In the case of sickness, you have to have a medical certificate and we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands and the full balance amount is due on the booked trip day. As we limit the number of guests on each trip we are often fully booked and a reschedule may not be possible. Please contact us.
